Who We Are
Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is to revolutionize personal and professional skill-building through applied improvisation. We are dedicated to providing transformative workshops that equip individuals & teams with the skills of adaptability, effective communication, and resilience. Grounded in our commitment to equity, we strive to create a supportive and inclusive space where individuals from diverse backgrounds can come together to learn, grow, and foster a culture of understanding. By nurturing these essential skills, we aim to empower individuals, teams, and communities to better connect with themselves, one another, and beyond.

We envision communities transformed by applied improvisation. By equipping individuals and teams with the tools to discover their strengths and growth areas, the confidence to develop their skills, and the enthusiasm to pursue continuous improvement, we aim to create safer, more connected, and more playful communities.
Our Core Values
At Kaleidoscope Training Center, we are driven by our Core Values from workshop to workplace:
Safety, Communication, Accessibility, Connection, and Play. By centering these values, we aim to create more safe, communicative, inclusive, connected, and playful individuals and communities.
Queer-Owned
Jesse and Jenie are proudly trans/non-binary, and fully embrace the responsibility that comes along with being queer business-owners. We are committed to creating a space that is open to everyone, regardless of race, color, gender, sexuality, class, citizenship status, or any other policed identity marker. As our country lashes back against the growing movement to free marginalized groups from oppressive systems, it is even more important that we are fostering community among one another.
