About the event
Are you looking to break out of your shell, meet some new people, improve your communication skills, and have a sweet silly time? FreePlay is for you! No prior improv experience necessary, just an open mind.
We'll play some low-stakes improv games to get you feeling grounded, connected, and silly, and discuss the ways the skills we practice apply to your personal, community, or professional life. Each event is co-created with the attendees and is therefore one-of-a-kind!
Skills Focus: Community building/connecting, growing confidence, embracing mistakes as opportunities, public speaking.
